Missions

Calvary Chapel of Maricopa is a missions-minded church that directly supports the following ministries with our time, our prayers, and our money.

There are three ways that you can get involved with missions work at Calvary Chapel Maricopa even if you are unable to actually GO with one of our missions teams. In 2012 we have a weekend Missions Trip planned to Mexico. We are also looking at a trip to Ireland in the fall.

  1. Prayer – Necessary to prepare the way before us
  2. Finances – If someone would like to help send groups from CCM, they can make checks payable to: Calvary Maricopa and put Missions in the memo field. Send to: 44301 W Maricopa-Casa Grande Hwy #105, Maricopa, AZ 85138
  3. Come with us!!  Be watching these pages for chances for you to join us in 2012 on a mission trip.  It will change your life!

Please prayerfully consider what God would have you do. Also make sure that you click on the links for our Missionaries and see what they do every day to spread the GOOD NEWS of Jesus!

Gospel For Asia

Gospel for Asia trains and sends native missionaries into parts of the world that have never heard the name of Jesus.  Native missionaries are the focus of the ministry because they've proved to be the most effective way to get God's Word to the indigenous peoples in the most isolated cultures of Asia.  Currently, there are over 14,500 native missionaries spread throughout Asia planting churches and ministering to people in 10 Asian nations.  We currently support a Native Pastor in India and a child in their "Bridge of Hope" program.  Click here to visit their website and find out more!

Vision4Eternity

Radios 4 Jesus delivers solar powered radios to Honduran and Nicaraguan people that are permanently tuned to Christian radio.   We also hold eyeglass clinics to help those who cannot afford it. Local "native" pastors follow up and plant churches in the areas reached by Radios 4 Jesus.  In partnership with Good Samaritan, needy children are fed and ministered to through the monthly sponsorship of a child.

Josie Sprague

Josie Sprague attends The Anthem Church and decided to come to the Ukraine with our first Missions trip to Kaharlyk in 2009.  She fell in love with the people and felt God leading her to step out in faith as a Missionary.  After spending an additional 5 months, Josie has decided to go back to Kaharlyk and serve at Calvary Chapel Kaharlyk.  Please pray for her and her family.   We here at CCM are so blessed by Josie's heart for ministry and know you will be too.  If you would like to support Josie, you can do so through Shepherd's Staff.
